I appreciate you sharing your perspective on mold in coffee and other foods. I am adept with mold as my family has a mold imbalance due to radiation from my neighbor. https://normanjames.substack.com/p/hidden-danger-in-our-home-how-electromagnetic I have also remediated breast implant illness with a very nasty heavy mycotoxin mold in 18 months with help from an ex-DoD mold expert https://normanjames.substack.com/p/mold-pneumonia-and-the-underwire. So I would mention a few things. Mold is generally safe and molds help gut health and build up resistance. Eating small amounts of toxic mold is beneficial unless you have a mold infection. Some molds used in food production, like those in certain cheeses, are safe. Many mold species produce harmful mycotoxins that can have serious health effects over time (in an electrical environment with no airflow).

The roasting process kills most spores and the coffee industry has strict standards to minimize contamination. Numerous studies have found mycotoxin levels in commercial coffee to be quite low, well below safety limits. That said, safety limits on RFR (radio frequency radiation) are too high. At the end, I will leave you the electric diet which reduces mold considerably by taking a break from live wires and the attractive sum of conductive + electric field = antenna, which can make mold grow 600 times faster. This remediated the explosion of the mold and also a Gram-negative (GN) bacteria balance, which allows the magnesium to be absorbed better. In my opinion, magnesium is one of the most important deficiencies, and the calcium carbonate in foodstuffs, which mold loves by the way, makes it more conductive and more angry.

Of course, if someone has a severe mold allergy, they may need to be more careful. But for most people, coffee is safe to enjoy in moderation and may even have some health benefits. The bigger dangers with coffee seem to be its acidity and potential to deplete magnesium and other nutrients if consumed in excess. This is probably the number one problem in the world: malabsorption of magnesium through EMF exposure. When you sleep free of electricity at night and wireless communication, your body can more efficiently use magnesium.
