Betrayed & Defrauded: How My Ex Left Me Homeless & Over $300K in Debt
For sixteen years, I shared my life with my former husband, Seth Shapiro. The guy I thought I’d be with ‘till death do us part.
What I never saw coming was how he would conspire with his mother to defraud me, steal everything I worked for, and leave me broke and in debt, cut off from my daughter and other family members.
This wasn’t just a breakup; it was a calculated betrayal that enabled him to take my home, my business, and my trust.
A divorce that left me over $300,000 dollars in debt and homeless, living in an extended-stay hotel off the freeway, fighting in court to try to get my stolen property and custody of my kids back.
Meanwhile I’m working my butt off to rebuild my business from scratch.
In this blog post, I’ll tell you the whole story: the dreams we had for a future together, the greed and lies that unraveled our relationship, the tactics he used to rob me blind. And how I am fighting back.
I’m actually really grateful for everything I’ve been through. Not only because, as they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
Also because I’ve learned so much about the corrupt justice system and how we can use our constitutional rights to fight back. If you're going through similar legal battles, I'll be talking a lot more about this in the future.

Preface: Prayers First
Before I tell you the story, I want to begin by offering my most sincere prayers for my ex-husband and his parents. I also pray for his two girlfriends that he has dated since he divorced me.
And I pray for my sister who conspired with my ex-husband in his actions against me, as well as anyone else who has been a part of any campaign to hurt me and my children.
I pray for all of them every day. I forgive them and I bless them. And I pray that they will come to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Why would I pray for the people who betrayed me and their accomplices? It's very simple. They know not what they do.
I truly don't believe anyone is malicious – I think they are misled. They may be coming from a place of greed or pride... maybe both. Regardless of how they got there.
And there, but for the grace of God, go I. I only came back to Christ in 2017. Before that, I had moved all the way from agnostic to atheist.
I feel so blessed and really lucky to have found Jesus and I pray that everyone does. Because only people who have turned their backs to God could treat others so terribly. I know God will forgive them and I pray for His mercy on all of us.
Also, I am so incredibly grateful for everything I have been through. I'm even grateful to my ex because if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have learned everything I know about the Constitution.
I know most people may not believe me but it's true. I know that God will use me and everything I've learned about constitutional law to help others who are going through similar challenges.
I truly believe I was called. Isaiah 6:8.
Okay, let's get on with it, shall we?
How It Started: Knocked Up in Hollywood
It all started back in the fall of 2005 in Los Angeles. I met Seth at an Emmys party on the Sunset Strip.
To be honest, he wasn’t my type. Bald, Jewish, and a suit. Not the kind of guy I usually dated. Maybe that was my problem, I thought – I typically went for actors and writers. I decided to try something new and date a business guy.
By late summer 2006, I found out I was pregnant with our daughter, Kate. Life was already rocky that year. I was living in a tiny one-bedroom and working in digital media after my divorce in 2001. I had quit my job that summer, so I had no health insurance for a pregnancy.
Seth’s mother, Nancy Garner, made an appointment with her OB-GYN so we could listen to the heartbeat. We flew to New York and found out the baby was healthy.
I was thrilled, as was Nancy. Seth seemed excited, too.
Red Flags
The morning we were headed back to LA, Seth told me he was breaking up with me. I was crushed. And scared.
But I had made up my mind: I was having this baby, no matter what – even if I had to do it alone, without him. There was no way I would even consider having an abortion.
I changed the locks on my apartment. When I called Nancy to tell her, all she said was, “Good.” That’s all she said. No offer to help me with the baby.
Two weeks later, Seth came over to my apartment one Saturday morning, begging me to take him back.
I should have seen the red flags right then.
I moved into his place the next month, and hoped we could figure it out.
No, he did not propose. Which he obviously should have. He didn’t ask me to marry him until Kate was a toddler.
The truth is, I didn’t really have a lot of options, seeing how I was pregnant and jobless with no insurance.
Baby Kate was born that spring. I had started blogging, in the hopes that I could make enough money to stay home with Kate.
In November of 2007, I started Cheeseslave, a health blog. I wrote about raw milk, grass-fed meat and butter, and how to cook healthy meals.
Building the Blog Network
The following year, in 2008, I founded a “blog network” called Real Food Media that went on to become the biggest health blog network in the world.
Real Food Media was a group of blogs that were writing about real food, small farms and natural health. I was able to help our bloggers get advertising, since my 10-year career prior to blogging was in digital advertising.
Kate was a happy toddler wearing cloth diapers and eating nutritious meals. My business was thriving. I was able to pay down all my credit card debt, and was planning to start paying down my student loans (I put myself through school).
Seth was working as a consultant, and for the first few years we were together, he was doing well… but then he was having trouble finding work. So we moved to Vegas in 2011, for the lower cost of living and no state tax. At that time, I was the breadwinner, paying for the apartment and the nanny.
We ended up moving back to LA in 2012 so Seth could find work. I told him that I didn’t want to move back to LA, because it was too expensive. But I agreed to go if he would agree to get a job. Or, I said, he could work with me at Village Green Network (VGN) and help me grow it to a million dollars in annual revenue. He agreed to the latter.
That year, VGN grossed $1.3 million. Sounds like a lot, but most of the money went to pay bloggers, affiliates, contractors, accountants and lawyers. Still, I was proud of what I had built.
On December 30, 2013, Seth and I got married in Santa Barbara in a civil ceremony.
The Crash of the Blog Network
Then 2014 hit – and it hit hard. Our bloggers reneged on their contracts en masse, due to competitors, and our income plummeted. We had to lay off our whole staff.
We were also attacked by the FTC. They sent a letter accusing us of fraud, demanding fines and penalties. We were able to prove our innocence, but it cost us a ton of money in legal expenses.
Then two former contractors, Doris Tan and Natalie Hull, started trashing me online, claiming I didn’t pay the bloggers and said that’s why they quit.
They were lying. We paid everyone who honored their contracts – in full.
Doris and Natalie were just contractors – not employees, but they went to the California Labor Board and claimed they were employees so they could get back pay for overtime and meal breaks. They were never employees – our company was too young and we didn’t even have payroll set up.
They filed wage claims nonetheless, and we lost. California courts are unbelievably corrupt. They actually levied Seth's bank account.
Eventually, we negotiated settlements: $20,426 for Doris and around $5,000 for Natalie.
That’s a lot of money to shell out the year after your business goes under. For the record, Doris only worked for us for less than a year. Natalie, just a few months.
Ollie came along in October 2014. Seth finally got a job right before the birth, after being unemployed since VGN folded. I juggled homeschooling and was trying to find a way to make money online again after the crash of the business.
It was tough, though, as my reputation had been destroyed due to the public attacks against me by Doris and Natalie.
In early 2015, my blog got attacked by spammers who posted over 75,000 spam messages. I had to take it offline.
Seth said, “You don’t have to work. I’ll support us. Stay home with the kids.”
I trusted him; I thought he had my back. I was wrong.
Isolation & Coercive Control
In the spring of 2015, Seth cut me off from my family members. He and his mother told me they thought my family members were abusive to me and they didn’t like how they treated me. He told me that if I continued my relationships with my mother, sister and brother, “We’ll probably get divorced.”
Isolation is a common tactic of narcissists who engage in a form of domestic violence that is now known as coercive control.
Coercive control is a pattern of abusive behavior used to establish and maintain power and control over another person, often involving tactics like isolation, intimidation, and manipulation, ultimately eroding their freedom and independence.
The goal of coercive control is to make the victim dependent, fearful, and cut off from support, thereby limiting their autonomy and ability to make their own choices.
I cut off contact with my family members and had no relationship with them until the fall of 2020 when he set up a random zoom call for me to talk with them – acting like nothing had ever happened.
He acted like I had been the one to drive my family members away. Which wasn't true. It was always him and his mother.
I thought they loved me and cared about me. In reality, they manipulated me in order to isolate me and control me.
Stabbed in the Back: The Postnuptial Agreement
In the summer of 2015, Seth and I took Ollie and Kate to visit Seth’s mother, Nancy, in New York. Ollie was still a little baby.
Although Seth was working as a contractor and supporting us, I was still stressed because we hadn’t yet settled with Doris and Natalie and I personally owed them close to $30,000 because they worked for us before we had incorporated the business and I was the sole proprietor.
In addition to that, the IRS was after me for back taxes from 2013, thanks to Arnie Blitstein, the accountant Seth hired. He screwed up the return, making it look like I earned a lot more than I did, and hence owed a lot more than I actually did.
Nancy offered to loan us the money to settle with Doris and Natalie. She also said she had an idea to shield our money from the IRS. She said that we should sign a postnuptial agreement – that it would protect Seth’s credit if I filed bankruptcy. and keep our assets safe from the feds.
She printed out a postnuptial agreement form she found online, filled it out, and drove us to a notary.
We didn’t fill out the assets on the form – we just signed it. No lawyers, no disclosure of assets.
And guess what? That is what made the postnup invalid and unenforceable.
And using this postnup with no assets listed to sue me for divorce, which is what he did years later, is a clear violation of my 5th amendment right to due process of law.
I signed, feeling wary and nervous, but I really didn’t have a choice at that point because I was completely financially dependent on Seth and his mother.
As long as I stayed quiet and played along, we could keep our family together. I had no other family because I had been cut off from my family.
Cut Off from the Bank Account
That same year, Seth removed me from our joint bank account. I had zero access to any cash – just a credit card that he gave me. And he monitored everything I spent money on.
I sold my car to get a minivan for the kids, gave him the cash, and he put it in his name– said it was to “keep things separate.”
In 2016, he earned $496,584 from consulting, and started investing aggressively in Bitcoin and Etherium. He was working very long hours (50-60+ per week), so we hired a part-time nanny to help out.
I focused on raising Kate and Ollie. But I felt vulnerable, since I had no access to any money. I was still cut off from the joint bank account.
In 2016, I got Seth to agree to let me start my blog again, in an attempt to start making my own money so I could make some cash to start paying down my student loans.
Seth would not help me pay my loans.
He said, “That’s your debt.”
By 2019, after 3 years of hard work, I was pulling in $2,000-$4,000 a month working part-time. Which was nothing compared to what Seth was earning.
But it was a good living for part-time, flexible work I could do from home, around the kids’ schedules.
Hacked by SIM Swappers
In the spring of 2018, Seth was hacked by a criminal gang of SIM swappers. He called me from New York in the middle of the night, sounding suicidal.
Seth eventually found proof (a chat log) that the hackers bribed an AT&T representative to give them Seth’s SIM card information, and they were able to drain all of our accounts.
Within minutes, they stole our life savings – $1.8 million – including the money we made from selling our house the year before.
Bill Melugin, an accomplished and respected journalist (one of my fave reporters) actually came to our house to interview us in the fall of 2019.

We met with a lawyer in 2019 who said this was a $100 million lawsuit.
Big Tech Took Me Down: Cancelled for Speaking Out
In the summer of 2019, the three-letter agencies attacked me again. Google buried my blog in its search results and 90% of my traffic – and hence, my income, vanished.
Then Pinterest and Facebook flagged my links as spam. Readers texted me, “I can’t share your chocolate chip cookie recipe!”
In 2020, I got banned from Facebook and Instagram. 250,000 followers, gone. In 2021, Twitter and TikTok shut me down too. YouTube in 2022.
I tried opening new accounts; they banned me repeatedly. It was like I was on some kind of a list. My income tanked.
Of course the reason I was being banned was political. I had been vocal about the “quackzines” being poison since the early days of Cheeseslave.
My honesty and integrity is why my network grew, because people trusted me.
Once again, Seth said, “You don’t have to work. I’ll support us.”
Once again, I trusted him. To be fair, I didn’t have much of a choice. I had been cut off from cash since 2015.
I was using the little money I still had coming in to pay down the state tax debt from the company we ran together, and a monthly payment on a credit card consolidation loan.
Seth refused to pay any of my debts from my business and he gave me no access to cash.
Looking back, I find it hard to believe that I tolerated this. But I think there was so much emotional and psychological manipulation, and it happened so slowly. Like frogs in a pot of boiling water. I just got used to being victimized and financially and emotionally controlled.
Domestic Violence
There was also physical violence. In the summer of 2020, he shoved me across a room. Another time, he pushed me down a flight of stairs. Both times, it was in front of our son, Ollie, who was only five.
I figured it was just the stress of the lockdown and hoped that things would be better after we made the move to Texas.
Ollie said Seth tried to strangle him in a hotel bathroom in the summer of 2023. He said he also kicked him in the stomach with his cleats on. We made a police report and Ollie did a forensic interview, but the police said there wasn’t enough evidence to press charges.
When asked in court if he hit Ollie and me, he said he didn’t remember ever doing that. I just shook my head.
I don’t know about my son, because I wasn’t there. But I doubt my son would lie to me, nor do I think he would lie to the police.
And I do know that Seth has a temper and he was physically violent with me. He hit me on two separate occasions.
I should have reported it to the police back then. But when someone controls you financially the way that I was, it honestly think it doesn't even occur to you.
You make excuses for them. You blame yourself. You walk on eggshells to try to keep the peace.
Cutting Me Off from Work
In the late summer/early fall of 2021, some of my TikTok videos about a school board meeting went viral – over 2 million views.
Seth told me he didn’t want me posting on social media. He said I didn’t need to work – that he would support me.
He always used to say that he would support me, but then whenever I asked him for money to pay my debts, he always refused.
Which is why I always felt the need to work and make money – but then after COVID hit when I got cancelled, I couldn't make money like I used to anymore.
Hidden Assets?
He told me we had close to 50 Bitcoin, which was worth around 2-3 million dollars at the time.
That summer, he told me he also received one million dollars from Ireland. One of the hackers from the 2018 SIM swap, Conor Freeman, had been caught and the Irish were able to recover some of the money, which they sent to Seth. I remember him doing zoom calls with them.
So between the Bitcoin and the money from the Irish, and his money in retirement – I'm just estimating because I had no visibility into the assets – but we must have had around $5 million.
He told me, “You never have to work again.”
The very next year, when he divorced me, he said he had “lost” all the crypto.
When I asked him how he lost it, he said, he "spent" it.
"Did you lose it or did you spend it?" I asked.
Two years later, in 2024, I was on the phone with him and asked him what happened to the millions of dollars that disappeared between 2021 and 2022.
He said crypto went down 20% in 2021. "Everyone lost money."
"It went down in value," I said. "But you still had it."
I don't know what he did with all that crypto but I would bet all the money I have that he put it in privacy coins.
That's what the hackers did back in 2018 after they stole our life savings. They hid the money they stole from us in a privacy coin called Monero.
If Seth did hide the assets, that was probably how he did it.
The AT&T Lawsuit
Seth cut me out of the AT&T SIM Swap lawsuit in the 2022 mediation.
In 2024, I asked him over the phone what was happening with it. He said, “Nothing’s happening.”
Court records showed a settlement was made on June 18, 2024 and the case was dismissed September 24.
How much did he get from the settlement? No idea.
That said, at our hearing last week, he told the court that he is now "retired."
Here's the big question: How do you go from losing all the crypto and being broke in 2022 to being retired in 2025?
The Divorce & the College Girlfriend
As I tell this story, I actually chuckle to myself because it's all so textbook. Any divorce lawyer or courtroom drama screenwriter could predict what happened next. But I never saw it coming because I trusted him.
Yep, he got back together with a college girlfriend – moved me out of the house and moved her in. Hiding assets and cheating are the two most common things that men do in a divorce.
In June of 2022, Seth took Kate and Ollie on a road trip for their summer vacation. I stayed home with our new puppy, Little Bear, to get him housebroken and work on resurrecting my blog so I could start earning money again.
Seth actually took the kids to visit his old college girlfriend, Amy, in Pennsylvania. He didn't tell me he was going to be staying with his college girlfriend.
I didn't find this out until the following year, after the mediation was over and the divorce agreement was set in stone.
Can you imagine taking your kids to see a college girlfriend and not tell your wife? Seems super fishy, eh?
After he went to visit Amy, he took the kids to New York to stay with his parents. He called from their house: “I want a divorce.”
When Seth said he wanted a divorce he said, “You’ll meet someone who wants to go to Trump rallies and church with you.”
That's when I knew it was all about politics for him. I think he just wanted to stop me from speaking out. He was worried about his reputation more than he was about the truth. I cared about saving lives.
In October 2022, Seth served me papers at our Cedar Park, Texas home. On Yom Kippur of all days. I'll go into that at a later date. I was the scapegoat being sent out into the desert.
Rushed Through Mediation without Discovery
At the November 10 mediation, he presented the 2015 postnuptial agreement in all its glory.
Only the copy of the postnup he had was not the original postnup.
It was the one that he had altered, adding assets several months later in 2016, in an attempt to evade federal taxes. (This is all outlined in the affidavit I submitted to the court this past January, when I filed a motion to vacate the fraudulent divorce decree.)
My lawyer, Wesley Lunkley, barely blinked: “You should just take what they are offering. It would be very expensive to litigate the postnup.”
What a freaking joke. I had emailed Lunkley weeks before the mediation, warning him that they would try to use the postnup. He sent me an email saying he'd look into it, but he never did.
Can you say negligence? One thing I have learned through this whole thing is that most lawyers SUCK. Particularly family lawyers. They get paid whether they win or lose – so they don't have to care.
My lawyer and the mediator pushed me — sign, or you'll go broke fighting him in court.
I told Lunkley that I thought he was hiding assets and he said, "If there's any fraud involved, you can get it overturned."
A year later, when I met with lawyers to try to get it overturned due to fraud, they told me they couldn't help me. I felt like I had been conned. Which makes sense, because that's exactly what happened. I was conned, tricked and defrauded. And my lawyer did NOTHING to help me.
On April 5, 2023, Judge Doug Arnold signed the decree. I was left with over $300K in debt and had to move out of the house. Seth kept the house, and who knows how much crypto he kept – I never got any discovery into the assets.
Once again, a violation of my fifth amendment right to due process.
Kids in Chaos
In March of 2023, Seth moved his college girlfriend, Amy into the family home —two months after kicking me out at Christmas and sticking me in a rental.
She was there for Christmas of 2022, gave the kids vintage watches and took them to see The Nutcracker. It was like I didn't exist.
In June 2023, he and Amy took the kids on a road trip to Canada. Ollie said Seth tried to strangle him in the hotel bathroom.
A month later, when they were home and I was on vacation (my Joan of Arc pilgrimage in France), Ollie said Seth kicked him in the stomach with while wearing his Peleton bike cleats.
We filed a police report but nothing came of it – they said there wasn't enough evidence.
That summer, Amy moved all her belongings into the home. Ollie said she was staying for good. No talk of marriage. Seth was still insisting to me and the kids that she was "just a roommate, helping out with the mortgage."
Eventually, they had to admit that they were a couple. Duh. I knew the whole time. The kids didn't want to believe it. They said, "Dad would never cheat." I thought that the whole time we were married.
Did he cheat? I don't know. But I don't think women in their 50s typically move cross-country to be a roommate and built-in babysitter and housekeeper. Apparently after they broke up, Amy made Seth pay her for a full year of cleaning the house.
Last August (2024), I talked to Amy, after they broke up and suddenly she moved out. She said she wanted to "help me" and asked me to call her.
"How do you want to help me?" I asked.
She said she wanted to take Ollie to the dog park on Saturdays – "to give you a break. We used to go to the dog park a lot and I miss Ollie."
"Uh, no." I said flatly. "First of all, I've never even met you. I don't even know you. Why would I let you take my son to the park?"
I wondered if she was insane.
I asked Ollie later, "When was the last time you went to the dog park with Amy?"
"Over a year ago," he said. "When she first moved in. We only went a few times."
Amy moved out in August 2024... I am not sure but I think Seth broke up with her. He told Ollie he wasn't in love with her anymore.
Then, a few months later, came Sammie, half his age. She's 30 and he's 60. I guess she's not living there, but she sleeps over a lot.
I guess Seth hasn't yet realized that Texas isn't California. People here in Texas are Christians and most don't believe in sex outside of marriage. I worry that Seth's behavior is hurting the children's reputation at school.
I'm grateful at least that my children know the difference between right and wrong.
Drugs & Child Endangerment
In June of 2024, Seth took Ollie to London for a week to see Taylor Swift in concert.
Ollie called one night at around 9 pm Austin time, 3 am in London: “Mom, I can’t wake Dad up.”
I called an ambulance and asked the hotel employees to watch Ollie.
After a long time, the paramedics were finally able to revive him. They said he told them took 2 or 3 Xanax, maybe more.
Ollie told me Seth had “white powder in his nose” and on his clothes.
Two nights later, Ollie called again, in the middle of the night – it would have been 5 am in London. Said he couldn't wake his dad.
Ollie said his dad wasn't opening his eyes, was breathing very loudly, and moving his arms and legs like he was running or swimming.
When I spoke to the police about this, the officer said, "Oh, yeah, land swimming." I guess it's a common thing people do when they are on opioid drugs.
Ollie told me there was powder – either white or yellow — on his clothes again. The hotel employee saw it, too. He said he thought it was turmeric. Why would someone have turmeric on his clothes? Not sure if the employee was Indian or Pakistani – he was definitely not from London.
Seth was hallucinating – I have it on Facetime video. He was not making sense, yelling, "I want to talk to Taylor Swift!"
The hotel employee said they should leave early – get an early flight. He said it wasn't safe for Ollie because his dad was unconscious and hallucinating.
I spent all night on the phone with the police and London Child Protective Services. I considered flying to London to bring Ollie back.
I reported this to CPS here in Texas after they came home – gave them all the evidence I had including the video. They did nothing.
Parental Alienation
Kate moved in with her dad in the fall of 2023, and refused to let me see her. This is a violation of the court order.
Seth's lawyer lied and said that since she was 16, she could legally "emancipate" and that the judge would side with her so it didn't matter if I had custody – she didn't have to see me if she didn't want to.
Children cannot legally emancipate in Texas unless they can support themselves and have an apartment or other housing.
Kate was parenting all of Seth's lines for why he divorced me — saying I was jobless, not making money.
It turns out this is one of the 8 symptoms of Parental Alienation Syndrome – when children are manipulated and alienated by one parent against the other parent.
I know how painful it was to be separated from my family during the years Seth and his mother cut me off from them.
And now he is doing the same thing to Kate. Using money to control her, and emotionally manipulative tactics to coercively control her.
From my research, parental alienation is incredibly common these days. There are a lot of YouTube videos talking about it.
It's very clear to me that parental alienation is child abuse, but it's not yet listed as domestic abuse in family law code.
Homeless
I have now had to move four times since 2022. The first rental term was only a year, at which point, the landlords said they wanted to move back in. So I found another rental home and we moved in, again during Christmas.
Imagine packing a whole house up 2 years in a row at Christmas. And I didn't see Kate that year at Christmas – Seth had poisoned her to hate me.
The second rental house, where I lived in 2024, literally made me sick for months. It had contaminated water due to a malfunctioning hot water heater and a dishwasher with standing water. It also had broken appliances that had not been maintained and a rotting deck.
The landlord threw me out right before Christmas – he's Indian (H-1B visa) and I guess he doesn't celebrate Christmas. I wrote a blog post about that here: How My Ex Stole My House & Life Savings & H-1B Visa Immigrants Made Me Homeless.
The idea of packing all of my things (almost 3K square feet of furniture) and unpacking again for the second year in a row in another rental, only to risk being kicked out again a year later was just too much for me to contemplate.
I decided to put everything in storage containers and I moved into an Airbnb for a month.
When the Airbnb I was staying in got booked in early March, I decided to move again, into an extended stay hotel off the freeway. It's actually fine. It's safe and we are okay.
Surprisingly, there are a lot of families here. The school bus comes every weekday to take many of the residents' children to school.
I know Seth and his mother put $100,000 down on the house we bought in Austin in 2020. If he had given me half of that money, I could have bought a small house or condo instead of renting.
I should never have had to go through all of this. But what I've been through is nothing compared to what my children have suffered.
The Court Battle Continues
Since the lawyers said they couldn't help me, I decided to represent myself and fight my own battle. You can read more about that in this post: How My Ex Stole My House & Life Savings & H-1B Visa Immigrants Made Me Homeless.
Seth is now trying to take away my custody of Ollie and also cut me off of my child support, which is not a lot of money; it barely pays the rent.
His reasoning? He is trying to convince the court that I am "crazy" based on the memes I post online. It's actually hilarious. I literally went to "Meme Court."
It was like a scene out of a movie. I was being cross-examined by his lawyer, defending my memes attacking Israel and Zionist Jews. Their whole argument was that I'm an antisemitic racist.
If you haven't watched Candace Owens or Joe Rogan lately, you might not know that there are a lot of people attacking Israel and Jews right now, ever since October 7, 2023.
Ever since Congressman Thomas Massie said, "Everyone in Congress has an AIPAC handler, and then 3 weeks later, his wife died.
Bottom line: whatever my opinions are about Israel and Zionist control of our government (ZOG = Zionist Occupied Government) are completely immaterial. We still have free speech in America.
My God-given first amendment right to free speech allows me to say whatever I want online, as long as I don't threaten anyone, which they have not proven. My right to free speech is unalienable and this has zero impact on my right to have custody of my children.
You can't take away someone's children because you accuse them of being crazy based on what they post online.
If that were true, Alex Jones would have lost his kids more than a decade ago for posting all his conspiracy theories about satanic cults and Bohemian Grove and Candace Owens would lose her kids now for saying Brigitte Macron is a man. (I believe she's right about that – tons of credible evidence from French investigative journalism to back up her claims.)
You also can't take someone's children and property away without due process of law.
That's the basis of my beef with my ex. He and his lawyer never allowed me a full discovery of the marital assets. I was cut off from the bank accounts in 2015 – and got no access during the divorce proceedings in 2022.
Using a postnuptial agreement with no assets listed on it, and no legal representation, is fraud. If assets are hidden from one party in a divorce, it's not fair.
For these reasons, the judge has to grant my request to vacate the divorce decree, due to fraud put upon the court and the fact that using the postnup violated my right to due process of law.
Seth and Nancy used the postnuptial agreement to hide assets and attempt to dodge taxes. I went along with it because I had no choice – I was completely financially dependent on Seth.
Tax evasion and conspiring to deprive someone of their property are federal crimes.
I don't know how much longer this is going to take but I am committed to fighting until I get justice.
And I know God is with me. And if God is for me, who can be against me?

Why I’m Telling My Story
Big Tech cancelled me for telling the truth. Seth finished the job. Trust can trip you up, but staying quiet will be the death of you.
I stayed quiet for two years – because the divorce decree contained a gag order that said I wasn't allowed to say anything "disparaging" my ex-husband.
Of course, when I tried to get a restraining order after the physical violence and child endangerment, Seth's lawyer asked in court why I hadn't said anything about the violence sooner.
Why indeed. I was under a gag order.
I’m sharing my story because, after two years of trying to do the right thing and honor the divorce decree, I want the truth to come out about what really happened.
This story is not just about me and my kids being abused. It's a heads-up for anyone who’d ever been blindsided by someone they loved.
What's Happening Now
I am still cancelled on every platform — Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Never got my original accounts back. It's been 5 years. I had over 250,000 followers on Facebook alone.
I'm going to initiate lawsuits against all of these companies – using Texas House Bill 20 and the US Constitution.
In addition to the censorship that's holding me back, moving 4 times in 2 years and getting sick due to contaminated water at the last rental home have made it impossible to rebuild my business.
But I will keep going, one day at a time. I'm not going to quit.
And as hard as all of this has been, the thing that makes it all worth it is both of my children are now Christians.
I was an atheist liberal Democrat when they were born. Now I am a conservative Catholic. And my children believe in God and Jesus Christ.
What more could I ask for? If I live the rest of my life in poverty, I have won.
